Bump up your resume by joining the USF IT Network and securing one of the leadership positions available today.

President- Lead the organization in pursuing the mission of the USF IT Network. Inspire and motivate the Executive Board and Leaders in implementing these goals. Seek the best interest of the valued members and cultivate the relationships with existing and new partners.

Vice – President- Assist, secure, and carry out the instructions entrusted by the President and Executive Board on behalf of the organization.

Secretary (2 positions available) – Make a substantial mark on our Network. Leaders will be responsible for board meetings, monthly meeting, Network’s activities and communication between our core group. Leaders will work with President, Vice-President, Public Relations Director, Marketing team, Photographer, all elite Board Members.

Treasurer- Leader will manage the organizations budget; work with the Secretary, Public Relations Director, local vendors, fellow clubs, and our partners to facilitate activities per expenses and allocation.

Graphic  Designer-  Design, create, and edit all graphics for the organization.  Pieces will be used in Emails, Flyers, PowerPoint’s, Marketing material, and Promotional products.

Assistant Graphic Designers( 2 positions available)- Work with the lead designer on Emails, Flyers, and PowerPoint’s.  Candidates work closely with Marketing and the Executive Board.

Photographer (3 positions available) – Leaders will be the eyes of our group.  Capture our Networks activities. Pictures will be used on our marketing campaigns, emails, shown on the campus monitors, and distributed to the local community.  Leaders will work with the Webmaster, Graphic Designer team, Writers, and our Marketing team.

Marketing Director- Director will strategize with our Executive Board on implementing campaigns for our Network.

Marketing Assistants (5 positions available)- Bringing ideas to reality; candidates will  implement campaigns. Group will work with the Graphic Designer team, Photographers, and our valued Writers as well as the Executive Board.

Public Relations Director:  Director will work with the Executive Board in order to develop relationships with other organizations. Develop partnerships with other clubs, USF, and the local community.

Public Relations Assistant- Assist the Public Relations Director in implementing the Network’s goals. Team will work with the Secretary, Marketing, Photographers and Writers as well as the Executive Board.

Facebook Masters: (2 positions available): “Follow us on Facebook”. Develop our presence on Facebook.  Candidates will work with Executive Board, Marketing, Writers, and Photographers.
